Membership Terms

1. What the Elev8 Council Is

The Elev8 Council is a private members’ network for entrepreneurs, operated by Robert Wyszomirski (NIP: 6762622683) (“we”, “us”). We organize meetings, events, experiences, and online community spaces. We are a networking community – we are not investment advisors, brokers, lawyers, accountants, or business consultants, and nothing shared within the Council is professional advice.

2. Membership, Plans, and Fees

Membership is by application and approval only. Nothing is charged while your application is under review — payment is taken only after your application is approved. On approval you choose one of two plans:

• Annual — EUR 750 for a twelve-month term, charged once. Annual renewal is not automatic; we will contact you before your membership year ends.
• Monthly — EUR 79 per month, charged when you join and automatically each month thereafter until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing elev8council@gmail.com; cancellation stops all future charges.

Membership is personal and non-transferable. Any applicable taxes are as shown at checkout.

3. 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We would rather you join because the Council is right for you. If, within 14 days of your first payment, the Council is not for you, email us at elev8council@gmail.com and we will refund that payment in full and end your membership — we simply ask that you actually give it a try first by joining the member group and introducing yourself. This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not limit or replace, any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation you may have under applicable law.

4. Members Deal With Each Other at Their Own Risk

The value of the Council is the people in it – and what you do with those connections is your own business, in every sense:

• We screen applicants for fit with the community, but we do not verify or audit any member’s business, claims, or financials, and we do not endorse or guarantee any member, opportunity, product, service, or advice shared within the Council.
• Any deal, investment, partnership, employment, or other dealing you enter into with another member (or with anyone you meet through the Council) is exclusively between you and them. Do your own due diligence.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that we (the Council, its operator, and its organizers) are not liable for any loss – including business, financial, or reputational loss – arising from your association with the Council, your reliance on anything said or shared within it, or your dealings with its members, and you agree not to bring claims against us for such losses. Responsibility for your business decisions rests with you.

This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. for intentional misconduct or gross negligence).

5. Events and Experiences Are at Your Own Risk

Some Council activities are physically demanding (e.g. combat sports training, shooting ranges, ice swimming, wilderness experiences). Participation is always voluntary. You assess your own fitness and health, follow venue rules and instructor guidance, and participate at your own risk. Where a venue or organizer requires its own waiver or insurance, that is between you and them.

6. Conduct and Confidentiality

What is shared in the room stays in the room: members’ personal and business information shared within the Council is not to be shared outside it without the person’s consent. We expect members to act with integrity toward each other. We may suspend or remove a member who, in our judgment, breaches these terms, harms other members, or damages the Council – in serious cases without a refund of the current membership period.

7. Revocation of Membership

Membership of the Elev8 Council is granted at the discretion of the Council and may be revoked at any time. Membership may be revoked where, in the reasonable judgement of the Council, a member has breached these Terms or the community guidelines, or where the standing of the membership so requires — including on the basis of feedback from other members.

Where membership is revoked and an annual fee has been paid, the member is refunded the pro-rata portion of that fee corresponding to the unused remainder of the then-current annual term, calculated from the date of revocation. Where a member is on the monthly plan, revocation cancels the subscription so that no further monthly charges are made; the current month is not refunded. No refund is due where no fee has been charged, or where the annual term to which a fee relates has already elapsed.

Revocation takes effect immediately upon notice, at which point the member’s access to the Council’s group(s) and channel(s) will be withdrawn.
